INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS PROGRAMS

We begin with an initial consultation where we discuss your health and wellness goals. Our conversation will investigate your relationship with food, along with your ambitions and relationships in other areas of your life. Together, we will identify and implement the strategy that will get you the best results.

Sessions are offered over the telephone or through Skype video, so you can be anywhere and still commit to working on your health.

  I began my integrated nutrition program with Bonnie Kane at a time of major upheaval in my life. I had recently lost my mother to cancer and was having a very hard time getting my bearings. Bonnie was a huge source of support to me. She was able to get me to focus on the day-to-day self care that was so difficult to keep in mind at that time. She had so many helpful tools to offer me, and seemed to easily be able to switch gears from session to session depending on what was happening in my life. Bonnie helped me with my backslides into bad lifestyle habits and gave me the perspective and insight to understand why they were happening.
