PERSONAL COUNSELING PROGRAMS

We begin with an initial consultation where we discuss your health and wellness goals. Our conversation will investigate your relationship with food, along with your ambitions and relationships in other areas of your life. Together, we will identify the program that will get you the best results.

NYC based In-person sessions take place at convenient locations. Sessions are also offered over the telephone,
so you can be anywhere and still commit to working on your health.

  I began my integrated nutrition program with Bonnie Kane at a time of major upheaval in my life. I had recently lost my mother to cancer and was having a very hard time getting my bearings. Bonnie was a huge source of support to me. She was able to get me to focus on the day-to-day self care that was so difficult to keep in mind at that time. She had so many helpful tools to offer me, and seemed to easily be able to switch gears from session to session depending on what was happening in my life. Creating deep and lasting change takes time. However, sometimes we need an initial push or just answers to specific questions. Maybe one hour will be enough to get you going. If you wish more time, just make another appointment.

It Includes:

  • FREE 30 minute phone consultation.
  • 1 hr session where we address your most pressing health concern and recommendations are made.


NUTRITION FOR RECOVERY and SUPPORT, program length to be determined. Offered by phone or in person.

A program completely customized for the person recovering from severe illness or surgery, or to support other long term treatments. Specific dietary methods are employed to promote healing from cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic conditions.

It Includes:

  • FREE 30 minute phone consultation.
  • Determining and implementing your healing diet.
  • Developing a plan for lifestyle change, shopping skills or food preparation, as needed.
  • Two 1 hr consultations per month.


INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS PROGRAM - 5 months.
Offered by phone or in person.

One-on-one counseling is entirely customized to your needs. Integrating change into your life in a meaningful and lasting way takes a plan, and a method to implement that plan over a period of time. It is this unique method that gives you the opportunity to achieve success. Slow and steady wins the reward of a fabulous life.

It Includes:

  • FREE 30 minute consultation.
  • Two 1 hr consultations per month.
  • Handouts, session notes, cooking and restaurant tips.
  • Action steps that you can put into practice after each session that will take you towards your goals.
  • Books, recipes, magazines and recommended readings.
  • Shopping trip


ULTIMATE WELLNESS HOUSE-CALL PROGRAM - 5 months

Initially designed for those in the NYC area. However, other locations are possible. I will come to you, saving you time, and enabling customization to your home environment.

  • 30 minute consultation to determine your wellness goals.
  • Two 1 hr consultations per month.
  • Handouts, session notes, cooking and restaurant tips.
  • Action steps that you can put into practice after each session that will take you towards your goals.
  • Books, recipes, magazines and recommended readings.
  • Shopping trip
  • Kitchen and Refrigerator Makeover - making sure you have the right tools for the job
  • Pantry Raid - Out with the bad and in with the good


THE WELL BEING FAMILY PLAN

Additional family members can participate in all programs for 20% off each person. We focus on individual goals and needs, along with how to practically integrate these new styles into the family environment.
